Disposable Razor Blade

                          BY the end of the nineteenth century, the straight, ’’Cutthroat’’ razor was the common shaving tool. These has dangerous sharp blade that required skill to use without cutting the skin. It also had to constantly sharpended to remain effective.
                                                 

                  The first safety razor with a guard along the razor’s edge was introduced in #1875 by the ‘’KAMPFE BROTHERS’’, but the blade still needed frequent sharpening.
                                                   

                                          Autute American business man king ‘’CAMP GILLETTE’’(1855-1932)realized that if he could create a safe and simple shave without the in convenience of having to sharpen the blade beforehand, his product could be of interest to every adult male in the world. His idea was for a small, inexpensive razor fitted with a cheap disposable blade clamped safety in to the head piece.
                                 


                       He applied for a patent in #1901, the same year he set up the ’’Gillette Safety Razor’’ company. By the end of the  decade Gillette’s ‘’Razor and Blade Business Model’’ was the most popular shaving system in the world and it dominated until the #1970s. Gillette lost most of his fortune in this great depression of the #1930s but his name lives on as one of the most significant brands among shaving product.

                             Electrical Generator (1869) Gramme fulfills the dream of plentiful, cheaply produced electricity. Inventor...             The dynamos produced   by Michael Faraday and Joseph Henry in the 1830s were little more than laboratory curiosities.It was Belgian industrialist and electrical engineer, Zenobe Theophile Gramme (1826- 1901) , who developed in 1869, the first high-voltage, smooth,direct-current generator.
